The staff in the hotel were really friendly and so helpful, probably the most helpful we have ever experienced. The location of the hotel was excellent being close to the tramline into town and also close to the Riverside, restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable with an extra large bed and a balcony which overlooked the river and the amazing bridge. Having a small fridge in the room was invaluable as was the superb air conditioning

It appears to be a new hotel so everything was in excellent condition. No scuff marks or stains. i was upgraded and had a large bright room with a small balcony on the top floor. The location is good. Across from the river promenade and there are plenty of shops and cafes. Also the tram is just in front and you can be in the heart of the city in 10 minutes.

Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms with bath tab and ceiling shower. Smells of home.

very comfortable hotel, good coffee machine and tea in the room, friendly staff it takes just a few minutes to be in the old city center and you can avoid the traffic jams and parking stress as the tram service is great and affordable. the hotel is just a few steps from the great huge wine museum and also by the great outlet shops along the water

We stayed in two rooms, a suite on the top floor and a single room on the 4th floor. The suite was very nice, with a balcony and a very nice view of the river. It was spacious and comfortable. Also enjoyed the Nespresso machine in each room and having parking on-site for 20 euros a day was also very convenient. The single room that was occupied by our 20 year-old daughter was comfortable, but a little dark. Looks like the neighborhood is undergoing improvements so there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Cite du Vin is a short walk away,

Great location stylish hotel and convenient for the Cité du Vin and riverfront restaurants. A few tram stops from the centre and the hotel sells tram tickets to make life easy. Big spacious rooms.

Room perfect. Beds comfortable. Very discreet air con unlike other hotels. Lovely breakfast and wonderful friendly staff in both breakfast room and reception. Mini chocolate Easter eggs at reception👍

Excellent hotel, this was our fourth stay. It's good to be down by the river in the evening with plenty of places to eat or have a drink. The hotel was displaying some very interesting art work. Breakfast here is excellent, orange juice maker so it's absolutely fresh, very good selection and very helpful lady there to make the coffee. Easy parking in the basement.

Friendly staff, quiet clean room with great AC and very comfortable bed, tasty breakfast with a good selection (scrambled eggs were a favorite). The location is close to downtown via tram and has some stores and restaurants nearby as well. We would definitely come again for our next stay.

The room was clean,spacious,bright and the bathtub could fit 2 people. The bed was very comfortable. The area is great and if the weather is good,you can walk to the city. Nonetheless the tram stop is a few minutes away. The staff was friendly.
